1 capsule 500 mg: microcrystalline cellulose - filler (125,0 mg), saw Palmetto extract (fatty acids) (100,0 mg), an extract of cruciferous plants (indole-3-carbinol) (100,0 mg), potato starch ~ filler (100,0 mg), green tea extract (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) (65,0 mg); magnesium stearate (flowing agent) (10.0 mg).

Pharmacological action

Drug Indianpolis has a pronounced antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiexudative effect due to the combination of the properties of indole-3-carbidopa and saw Palmetto. Indianpolis suppresses the stimulatory effect of androgens and cause the death of prostate cells with abnormally high proliferative activity. In contrast to standard antiandrogen drugs, which reduces the level of dihydrotestosterone and thus affecting the sexual function of the patient, the anti-androgenic effect by Intially is based on inhibition of the activity androgenetic receptors. The mechanism of antiandrogenic action of saw Palmetto extract is due to inhibition of b-alpha-reductase 1-type, resulting in impaired conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which stimulates proliferation of prostate cells. Other active components Indianpolis are antagonists androgenetic receptors and suppress their expression at the genetic level.

Indianpolis inhibits the abnormal growth of blood vessels that accompanies the cell hyperproliferation. Antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, vasoprotective action Indianpolis contribute to the regression of the hyperplasia and reduce the symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy. The mechanism of anti-inflammatory and antiexudative action Indianpolis due to the strongest antioxidant activity of its components, their ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, proinflammatory cytokines, enzymes and transcription factors, as well as their inherent antibacterial activity.
